요약
Prior to the opening of the National Design Museum, the discussion on what kind of exhibition contents will be filled in the museum is emerging as a topic of interest in the design world. In particular, it can be said that the initial direction setting is important because the permanent exhibition that displays the collection reveals the identity of the museum rather than the planned exhibition that has the character of a short-term event. Accordingly, in this study, a ‘Rapid Response Collecting’ strategy was introduced and several examples were presented to show various perspectives that can be applied in content planning. And using this strategy, I tried to capture reflection on what to select as a design that reflects Korean society for the past five years. Since the rapid response collecting strategy was announced at the Victoria & Albert Museum in 2014, it has spread around Western museums and galleries. The point where this strategy is meaningful is that the exhibited objects have a “field-like” role that vividly proves a specific social event or issue. The subversive curating practice of exhibiting these objects in museums is effective in attracting the psychological intervention of the viewers. It is also worth reviewing that design from a macroscopic point of view can be used as a tool to provide historical researchers with insights to understand the time.디자인 박물관, 디자인 큐레이팅, 디자인 콜렉션, 래피드 리스폰스 콜렉팅, 동시대 디자인, 디자인 아카이브
