Submitted thesis is requested to be reviewed by two or more judges commissioned according to each specialized field without the information of the contributor. Submitted thesis is reviewed by appointing two researchers specialized in the relevant field, and whether or not it is possible to publish it is decided. However, in the case of a judgment in which the content of the judges is contradictory, an additional judge is appointed, and the final result is made by synthesizing the results of the three judges.
Focusing on the originality of the subject, the quality of the thesis, professionalism, system and format, academic contribution, and adherence to research ethics, the evaluation is conducted in accordance with the items and scoring criteria set in the 「Thesis Review」.Evaluation grade
Based on the evaluation results of two judges, the editorial committee decides on publication, revised publication, re-evaluation after revised, and rejection of publication.
If the evaluation grade is less than 90 points, the contributor may be requested to revise or supplement the manuscript. Submitters who are requested to be revised and supplemented submit the revised thesis by the schedule specified by the Journal Publishing Committee. However, if there is an objection to the request for revision, the contributor can raise the objection in writing up to 30 days before publication of the journal, and the editor-in-chief can attach it to the written review. In the ethics evaluation category, the editorial committee deliberates and decides whether or not plagiarism is first, with the editorial board withheld the determination of whether or not to publish the manuscript that received an error score from even one judge.Papers that have been judged to be suspected of plagiarism in the review process are referred to the Research Ethics Committee, finalized through investigation, deliberation, and judgment, and take action in accordance with the Research Ethics Regulations.
It conforms to the thesis review criteria, but the format gives the author the maximum degree of autonomy depending on the nature of the manuscript. The publication value of non-dissertation is evaluated by placing the greatest importance on the level and diversity that can expand the content and extension of the research.
